Given below are the detailed instructions:
1)First,Navigate to the link in the description
  and download Microsoft Toolkit v2.5.1

2)Right click on the downloaded app and click
  "Run as Administrator".click yes if asked for any
  permission.Then click on the windows button in the
  bottom right side of the window

3)Click on "Product keys" tab.And from the
  dropdown menu of "Products",Select "windows 8.1"
  And Select "Professional" from the dropdown menu
  of "Edition"
  Click "Install" and wait for some time

4)When it finished installing,Jump to "Activation"
  tab and press "Activate" button
  After it is activated,Select "AutoKMS" from the
  dropdown menu of "Tool" and click "Install"

5)After it finished installing,Click "EZ-Activator"
  labeled in green and wait for a couple of seconds
